m8 u cant properly trail brake with mouse, u can brake AND steer but how can u have 50% brake and 50% steering? and u dont have to fully trail brake to be fast.
also, me and another mouser called phlos just use normal setups that wheel users use, no brake force reductions or anything. and me and him dont do too badly.
when i 1st began a few years ago there was a guy called lefty with (what to a noob, me) seemed like oversteery sets. in the hands of an experiences person they were fast because they learned to drive around the oversteer by goin into corners faster
so often a good set will actually be slower to sum1 in experiences than a 'bad' set
try this set m8, i use this 1. the 2nd 1 is the WR set which is faster, but more oversteery for better turn in. i bet u will go quicker with the amp88 set even tho its slower
ive done 1:07 with both but bios set is a tenth or 2 faster, but uses tyres more.
yea u cant trail brake with mouse but u can turn a tiny bit with the brake still applied!
i think that in most cars u dont need to be smooth on the throttle, aslong as u can correct the car before the slide happens. i ha a WR in FOX a few days ago and i do ok in the BF1 n that.
kazakhstan forever!
by no means do i think i have the skills of senna but, senna used to wham on the throttle mouse style and then correct the insuing slide before it happens.
but yea trail braking is useful but ONLY if u reduce the brake pressure perfectly compared to the steering angle, not just fully braking and steering at the same time lol
the reason people cant get thru T1 (on computers)is because:-
In order of importance
1. lag n stuff
2. Braking too late and wiping people out accidentaly
3. braking too early and causing a bottle neck
4. people using the normal line and turning in on people on the inside
in my opinion, and most peoples who know what they are doing, the ideal line is never used in lap 1 turn 1 because it leaves your inside open to attack, everyone should bunch up on the inside to defend and attack. check this out
hes definatly thinking of club 100, and they are 100cc 2 stroke de-tuned TKMs. They are quick but they dont do 80! but it feels like a hell of a lot more than 80 when u first drive one. tristan knows that, and so does every1 whos driven a 2 stroke!!!!
yea clownpaint is 100% right, i say u get to a stage where u can 'watch yourself' drivin but that counts more in real life than in LFS coz LFS is on a screen anyway lol
i love the sound of the LX6 as u are letting off the throttle, braking and shifting down! sounds great a real step forward. i cant believe u guys are gettin so upset its just a test patch! the F1 car will be improved and everythin
id fire u aswell!
u should give up your position man, maybe if the guy infront that u were battling with didnt they would fire him instead! or he would loose an equal amount of time moving over.
